Schools We Serve
The Minnesota Higher Education Facilities Authority serves the state’s private nonprofit education institutions, authorized to provide education beyond high school, as well as community and technical colleges financing specific types of projects. The list of borrowers below is not intended to be all-inclusive for the life of the Authority.
Through statute 136A.28, community and technical colleges seeking financing to construct child care facilities and parking facilities are authorized to use the services of the Authority to issue bonds and notes through the Authority.
