While our physical office access is very limited, our agency remains open to serve our borrowers and continue our mission while we work remotely and support the Governor’s message to stay safe and continue social distancing to fight the spread of COVID-19.
The Minnesota Higher Education Facilities Authority will be requiring masks and conducting health screenings on employees and visitors to the Authority’s office, following the guidelines and screening checklist provided by the MN Department of Health. Due to challenging public-health circumstances related to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, the Authority Board Chair has determined that in-person meetings are currently neither practical nor prudent. Members of the Authority will attend Board Meetings by telephone or other allowable interactive technology in accordance with Minnesota Statues, Section 13D.015. Members of the public are welcome to attend via telephone or video conference using the meeting information listed on the Authority’s Board Meeting website page: https://mnhefa.org/meetings/.
