As part of our services to you, the borrower, the Board has established a goal for Authority staff to visit each school at least once every two years. The purpose of these visits is to provide you the opportunity to ask questions of Authority staff, to discuss issues of importance to you, to receive updates about Authority activity, and to allow the Authority to obtain a greater understanding of your particular needs and requirements.
Our campus visits can be scheduled at a time convenient for you. Occasionally we are accompanied by rating agency staff who simply want to gain a greater understanding of your campus and operations. More often, our visit is scheduled so the Authority can talk directly with you. If possible, we appreciate the opportunity to meet with the president or other senior staff as you think appropriate. We take a collaborative approach to these visits and hope to enhance our ability to understand your operations and accurately present your institution on our website to interested parties.
