Martha Earley joins the Board following her retirement from U.S. Bank Trust Company as Vice President/Client Manager in the Corporate Trust Department. She brings direct and recent experience as a trustee to the Authority board.
Tim Rice joins the Board as the Authority’s first member with healthcare experience. Tim served as CEO for Lakewood Health System in Staples, Minnesota prior to his retirement in 2023.
