Underwriters

Underwriters of Authority bond and note issues are selected in collaboration between the Authority and the borrower school. Underwriters are typically engaged following a request for proposal process coordinated by the Authority and the borrower school. Selection of the underwriter is ultimately the responsibility of the borrower school.

Arbitrage Rebate Calculations:

The Authority has engaged Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, LLC to provide this service at a discounted rate to its borrowers, however this does not mean that your organization is required to use Baker Tilly Municipal Advisors, LLC.

Private Placement Banks

Private Placement Banks of Authority note issues are selected in collaboration between the Authority and the borrower school. Private Placement Banks are typically engaged following a request for proposal process coordinated by the Authority and the borrower school. Selection of the Private Placement Bank is ultimately the responsibility of the borrower school.
